Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Preventive protection measures for customers, suppliers and staff
Dear customers, suppliers and partners,
Our company is in constant communication with the National Organization of Public Health (EODY) regarding issues related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and has already proceeded to take immediate preventive measures to protect its customers, suppliers, partners and employees, in order to safeguard them and contribute to the interruption of the transmission chain.
More specifically, our company is carrying out thorough cleaning of its premises and the management has already issued the relevant instructions for prevention and protection against Coronavirus based on the guidelines received from the EODY to all employees involved in customer service and also in contact with suppliers.
In addition, it has already undertaken the process of supplying all its offices with antibacterial materials (special wipes, gel). In addition, our company has decided to put in place the following measures to help protect its employees and to continue to provide you with services in the best possible way.
✓ The entire staff as well as the management will be accessible via electronic messages and/or telephone calls and/or Skype.
✓ All scheduled appointments/meetings are postponed until further notice until further notice. Emergency meetings may be held via Skype and/or telephone calls.
✓ All communication (if possible) is carried out via electronic messages.
✓ All correspondence is normally received.
Finally, a Crisis Management Plan has been organised in case of a coronavirus outbreak among employees of the company’s offices and branches. In the meantime, stay safe, stay calm and ask for our help when you need it. We remind you that the body responsible for the management of possible outbreaks is exclusively the EODY (T: 2105212000) and the General Secretariat for Civil Protection (GSCP).
