Nextcom, having undertaken the implementation of the “Promotion of Frozen Fish” programme of Enterprise Greece, organized the participation of frozen fish in the Food Expo exhibition.
In the framework of the exhibition, a seminar – tribute to fish eating was held on Saturday 18/03 at 18:00. In this way, visitors received useful information about the project and its purpose on the one hand and on the other hand about the benefits of consuming frozen fish in many areas, from health to cooking.
The seminar was attended by six speakers, while a company man was supervising its coordination. The event was “opened” by Mr. Ioannis Retsas, Director General of Strategic Development of Foreign Trade of Enterprise Greece and then Mr. Xenophondas Lourantos, Special Advisor of PASEKT and General Manager of Kingdom Trofinko, took the floor. Then Mr. Konstantinos Arvanitis, cardiologist and professor of the University of Athens, Mr. Andreas Souliotis Specialist Food Technologist and Quality and Safety Systems Manager, Mrs. Stupi Stavroula, dietician – nutritionist and curriculum manager of Metropolitan College spoke. The seminar ended with the culinary suggestions and advice of Mr. Christoforos Peskias, famous chef and ambassador of the campaign to promote frozen fish.
The evening ended with unique seafood flavors created by a team of experienced catering team to offer a complete experience “from learning…to taste”.
