NextCom revives the preserved diamond on Moulaimidou Street in the center of Ioannina city
The project moves from licensing to implementation.
Το διατηρητέο μνημείο της οδού Μουλαϊμίδου στα Ιωάννινα, ιδιοκτησίας του Περιφερειακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου “Γ.Χατζηκώστα” που μέσω πρόσφατου πλειοδοτικού διαγωνισμού πέρασε στα χέρια της nextcom, περνά στο στάδιο των εργασιών αναστήλωσης και κατασκευής αφού έλαβε πράσινο φως από την αρμόδια υπηρεσία οικοδομικών κανονισμών και εφορεία νεοτέρων μνημείων με την έκδοση της σχετικής άδειας.



At the Press Conference held on Monday, April 15th, in the multipurpose hall of the hospital, the study and photorealistic designs were presented by Architect Eleni Pavlidou, while the Director of Dervemezi Hospital, Spyros, outlined the framework for the property’s reciprocal utilization. On behalf of the contracting company, President and CEO Anastasios Marios Kitsaras emphasized that the NextCom Group, celebrating its 30 years of operation with its origins in the city of Ioannina, aims with this investment to offer the local community a project that will preserve and showcase the city’s cultural heritage.
It is worth noting that the listed building is one of the most interesting stone folk residences in Ioannina, a significant example of local architecture and a reference point for the social life of the area.
NextCom, already with the operation of “CityZoe Athens Suites” in the historic center of Athens, confirms its new trend and philosophy in the hotel industry, which aims to combine elegance with tradition in a high aesthetic environment.
This investment is part of the broader strategic plans of the NextCom Group, aiming to promote Ioannina as a “golden” tourist destination for all seasons.
